Cancellation Policy
for Group & Conference Bookings

The Boatshed for conference and group bookings, runs a cancellation policy whereby if a cancellation is received at least twenty one days prior to arrival date there will be no penalty. A 25% deposit or Credit card is require to secure the booking.

Cancellations received with less than twenty one days notice are subject to the first night's accommodation charge, cancellations within 14 days are subject to the entire booking. This will be charged to the credit card number obtained with your booking confirmation, and includes any day hirage charges.
Rates will vary from those advertised for conferences and group bookings, to be discussed and confirmed at time of booking.

As The Boatshed is a small resort last minute cancellations affect us greatly and the policy above is not negotiable, we advise that insurance be taken out to cover unforeseen circumstances.
